Boys Soccer: Nothing changes at the top, but Diamond Bar, Mountain View climb up the board

Boys Soccer Top Ten
1. Baldwin Park (15-0-2) – The winners of seven straight have outscored opponents this season 71-18. That’s dominance any way you cut it.
2. Los Altos (13-3-3) – Has won seven straight, and making it look easy of late.
3. La Puente (9-2-4) – A tie against Duarte leaves them hanging on to the Montview League lead.
4. Diamond Bar (10-5-1) – Is this an 80s flashback, The Brahmas are leading the Sierra at 5-1.
5. Sierra Vista (14-4) – You know what’s great, because of the rain, they will face La Puente back-to-back the final week, almost like a genuine home-and-home for the league title.
6. Mountain View – (9-5-1) – The defending Division VI champs are back, beating Rosemead and taking over sole possession in the MVL.
7. Glendora (13-4-4) – Still in the hunt, setting up a huge game at Diamond Bar on Wednesday.
8. Duarte (11-4-3) – Great overall record, but falling behind La Puente and Sierra Vista in league standings.
9. Rosemead (9-4-3) – Not only did they lose to Mountain View in the rematch, but South El Monte beat them 3-1.
10. Rowland (6-3-2) – Remember, one of two teams that tied Baldwin Park and played Rosemead and Los Altos close.
