Soccer: The Bishop Amat girls (24-0-1) take on La Salle today at 3:30 p.m., in hopes of completing an undefeated regular season heading into the D-4 playoffs next week. The MVL boys hoops preview: The Mission Valley League title takes center stage tonight, with Rosemead (7-9, 7-2) hoping to wrap up the league title with a victory at South El Monte (11-11, 5-4). With Gabrelino (8-16, 6-3) already finished, if Rosemead loses, the Panthers and Eagles would share the league title. South El Monte needs to win to guarantee a playoff spot.
