All people deserve wealthy life time and loans or term loan will make it much better. Because freedom relies on money state.
toolmen
nnnnniiiiiicccccceeeee.
we gave up 8 in two because flat out d.b. came out hitting..
there not in are league so that really was the first time we saw them.didnt put to much into scouting there platers or team,in cif i will go get out who where going to play.not that any body at bonita cares but i will chart some games and go over with acouple of former players i coached thats all.in baseball scouting and charting is like b.p. and pre-game,its a mustif the chart has a player pulling the ball 5 out of 6 a.b. thats what he will do,so you just take away the elements of surpraise.i will always yell crap out to help move somebodys, and if it flows into are head coaches brain in time and he respone and thinks well maybe we should move he alittle great if knot,no worrys mate.the coach has alot on his plate.we have some really good baseball parent with pro experiance behind them.am not just talking about myself, played minors with another parent on the team.in time his son going the raise and shine like the sun,we dont just send our boys to these great local hitting instructors,we do the ground work ourselfs.boy started off slow, why because the kids now days know it all.
well after his 250 ave
a week ago he came home to papa, like somebody stole his bike,
i loved it,will back to the drawing broad,we went. so after 1 league game and the n.v trny.hes back up to should be 373. but got a hit taken away bye committy .so he around 35o with his hands and really relaxed, and quit front foot.its going to be fun watching him take back his team hitting crown.champ from last year returnies.am sorry but this is not nothing new starting out slow.we want the ring, thats the big picture this season.,then next season d.b lefty .cant wait to hear there excuse next year after we spank them again with there ace verture on the mound.
My mistake your right Coach Zamora does have DC experience. He was the DC of the CAL FRESHMEN team last year. Sorry don't know how I over looked that, my mistake. He will do a great job over at LA.
Keep the posts coming KH, and to bad for those that want perfect spelling, is that the best u got, u can keap ur corpurate “I work for someone else job” while us guys that do not know how to spell are headed to our sons gams.
To DBar coach, who if that’s true about trying to use a pitcher after he tossed 7 innings day before, that’s negligence, stupidity, and asinine. Especially since that pitcher has been going 7 innings and extra innings every game. Wow. He should be reported to cif, db high principal, coaching associations, and whatever else. When will these high school coaches learn????
To Bonita land:
Yall should get some class real quick and remember last years game vs so hills. You are good but chart oak and d ranch are improving as the coaches have started to figure stuff out. Your pitching is solid but not cif championship solid. By the way, how many runs did you give up to Dbar??? With your solid pitching? Ouch, and that smacktalk on the field is going to come back and bite you. Tell the kids to play ball and be good sports.
Repete post:
Don’t throw the towel in d bar,
You have a very, very good team with some hitters that are just outstanding. In fact, you have a couple guys that are the best in the league period and would be every coaches first picks if forming a high school team. That’s strength. You will make the playoffs, and if you do not have to burn kmat the last game of league you have a great chance to win game 1 and once you do that one never knows what happens next or who games up under the lights.
Print this and give it to your coach. Pitching solution:
Let some of the seniors pitch those middle innings with Johnson (Torrez and Pak and use Crowe as a closer, love a lefty that can keep ball away , very big vs high school righty hitters who love to pull and those leftys hitters like Glendoras//Damien). Use guys that have pitched and won in the past. Use guys that will bring an attitude to the mound. If you look at all the teams that have done well the last few years they all used seniors in key roles as relievers (Northview, San Dimas, Bonita, Charter Oak, Damien, S. Hills). Why use seniors, because they have pride, know how to compete, and are not intimidated in the moment. And most importantly they want to WIN!!!!!!!!!!!! Example Glendora Winterburn closes, how much of that did he do last year??? Unless the underclass guy is mature and has lots of pitching experience in travelball or throws 90 + and locates 2 pitches it is very tough to compete against these mature teams in the sierra league. The team is very close to making magic. The coach needs to figure out how to bring the rabbit out of the hat. He should use the northview tourney to test a few other pitchers, now.
LAFan,
So let me get this right, do you want all the kids on YOUR team to go back from where they came from or just the ones that don't agree with you. I am assuming you must be one of those families that are being taken care of based on your comments. You do realize the majority of the quality players are from out of your area so does that mean you wish they would leave also. Off the top of my head four or five of your starters are from out of your area so good would your team without these out of area kids.
I have personally talked to your three stud sophomores all three hate the coaching, a matter of fact the kids wanted to transfer out at the end of their freshmen year. This issue on your team has nothing to do with one or two kids it is a major issue within your program. This is why you have the best team is the league and you are 1-3 in league play. Your team is always going to be inconsistent, with signs of greatest, but always falling short; it is called lack of leadership.
By the way I know the Lozano family first off Sergio doesn't even know how to use a computer and has never read these blogs, so when you start pointing fingers maybe you need to investigate. A typically LA parent once the kid walks away from your team you throw him under the bus. Interesting Longoria just left the football program and now this kid basically sucks as a football player according to LA fans.
oh we cant make the game.
its only for third place.
do you think maybe we can play upland christain.
you bet your sweet plums we will be there,
this is who we wanted the whole trny.
not la or co
we will play them both two more times in league.
hope there ace is going, when we win ,dont need to here about, like d.b.
are ace didnt pitch.
dont know whos pitching for us ,but all of are guys are good.we dont relay on just one arm,
we have a pitching staff.
n.v vs bonita bearcats
sounds great.
why dont we start off the game and finish the tie first, take care of some unfinished business.
i mean glendora had a great rivil game going then they should us down just like that, didnt make any sence too me ,because 30 minutes later the rain came down and cancelled the rest of the day.
why dont we have a private schools vs the pubic schools trny.
make the n.v trny that trny next year, get on the phone and bring all the big bots from the heel mary school and we will put up are areas best
schools private

am sure we could get clmt arcadia covia.monrovia pasadeana .
theres plently of good schools that would love to compete for the title of winning that trny.
by far the winner would be ranked number one, dame we even might get fred to come see the trny if the al mighty amatties are in this.thenat the same time orange co.has the same version trny and the winner of both games meet on friday night ,with the game on t.v. theres your fred night game of the week fred.
back to n.v see you boys at the game am going to a meeting .
Aaron...the tie breaker after record is runs scored by the opponent which is why Bonita (3-0) did not make it. I agree that it is silly but I guess they didn't want to make this a 5 game tourney.
This tournament makes zero sense. How does Bonita go 4-0 in tourny play but they're not in the championship?
Hey WOW LAFan, I am not a parent so take your pathetic and stick it. I too am a LA alum that is tired of the parents that dont get their way blaming coaches. If you all dont like the way things are run at LA, then go to the schools that you are supposed to go to. Many parents send their kids to LA with hopes of them being superstars and when things dont work out, they blame the coaches. Keepin it real!!!
KH YOU GOT YOUR WISH!
NORTHVIEW VS BONITA GAME 2
You better belive that northview has been licking their chops waiting for you guys. Their isnt gonna be any cheap homeruns tomorrow. Tomorrow is gonna be a great game.....7innings of great head to head baseball.
Northview 8
Pasadena 7
These games are to see what you've got in the way of 3rd 4th and 5th pitching as well as giving a handful of standout freshmen and JV a few at bats and innings with the varsity. It's a lot of fun to win but is anyone really throwing their ace a full 7 and sticking with the starting line-up like you would in a critical league game?
In the 6th and 7th innings of a close game the better coaches will still be subbing in the kids who don't get enough at bats or innings during the rest of the season. There IS a next year for a smart coach who cares about the PROGRAM.
LAFan,
wow that is so low to put a kid on blast like that and throwing his name out there. Lozano is a great kid and could have been a pretty good ball player. It was unfortunate he had knee problems in the past;however, he always gave it his all. As for his father, he supported the LA team regardless of his son not playing. It's funny though because as a player last year i probably respected you as a parent LAFan, but now i think you're pretty pathetic.
Since we are talking about LA players quiting, did you here that their top WR/DB Longoria transferred to Cathedral. He was the only quality player left on the football team. He was a stand out baseball player at LA his freshmen year he also quit baseball, take a guess why?
Did Diamond Bar & Northview play today?
Right, Sergio. Stop trying to pump your kid up. The coaches didnt ruin your son's career, you did! Stop blaming others and accept some responsibility. Maybe you should have sent him to Wilson where he was supposed to go, but hey, you have all the answers. Dont come on here and try to hide under another name though and make excuses. Your 15 minutes is up. Good riddance to you more than your son.
Lozano is not good. He is five foot nothing with no bat! He lacks consistency on both sides of the field. There is more to the kid than baseball... not very bright kid in the classroom either.
Parents at Los Altos are really judgemental... if they win it's the players and if they lose it's the coaches.
maybe if everybody pulled on the same end of the rope the program would be something.
LAFan
Lozano could have been a very good player, if he had not been injured so much and had good coaching! formano screwed him up by pulling him up his freshman yr and sitting him on the bench the next 3 yrs! cant blame him for quitting, coaches screwed him over big time, and for his dad, i would be pissed 2! being told his son would play and paying all this $ and donating to the program and get nothing out of it. his dad was not the problem, its the coaching like i said. they need to go!
Shibley's an ass!
bar tender.
i fill am doing my part as a single dad raising
my son in some tough time bar tender, son just pulled a 3.0 g.p.a..played three sports last year letter var. all of them.
we have a nice home we own.
so help me out maybe one of your drunks can give you some advice so you can tell me how to be the perfect father, ill be waiting.
baseball nut.
these trnys are not about kids coming up and getting varsity playing time,in that case play the ones on the bench already on the team.being on varsity is no tooken, you earn that spot.and they have only played 8 to 10 games, the players need to play, you need game speed.ithis is not a time to rest players at all.it sounds to me that your teams already out of the championship round.not are promblem, were pissed not being in that championship game at glendora classic.we at bonita players and parents play to win every single game, dont care if were playing jerrys kids, its the challege in life to be # 1 be the best at every thing you do.nobody ever remembers who came in second.the boys are over at nv. because the coach said we might get in this morning.just got call game cancelled might play tonight at bonita at 600 under lights
BHS Dad,
I would think two of the three schools are in the same bracket, forcing them to play tomorrow. Not 100% sure to don't hold me to it! Hard to tell as Fred just put out the games and not by top/bottom brackets.
ALSO,
BIG CONGRATS to AMAT for having the LA Times # 1 ranking this morning.
Amat play the # 5 AZ team in the classic today, while SH play the # 2 AZ team according to Max Preps.
Good luck to both!
Outside of the Diamond Classic tourney, ( where teams compete for NATL. rankings) I honestly beleive and have always thought that these mid season tournments mean VERY little. I could be wrong. But with alot of teams bring up JV, and Frosh kids, I think coaches want to see where they stand, come the second half of league, as well as CIF. Once the last week of April rolls in, you will teams pretty much see their team, and lineup set.
We may see a couple of local CIF finals.
DIV IV we may see Amat VS Monrovia, and in DIV III we may see South Hills go against Bonita, or have Los Altos, and Walnut in the mix.
IF GLENDORA stays helathy, and gets timly hitting, we MAY see the SGV bring home THREE CIF championships. S.H & AMAT are the front runners, in DIV III, and IV, and Glendora has a shot vs Crespi if they keep wining, and get the other bracket. GOING TO BE A FUN APRIL AND MAY
Sergio Lozano is a quitter and hes not very good. The team is better off without him and his DAD. The best players are playing. Stop blaming the coaches DAD, you are the problem and have always been!!! Look in the mirror.
Interesting LA has a team batting average of .383. Around 40 points higher than Bishop Amat and Bonita. 100 points higher than DRanch and Charter Oak. They have a league record of 1-3. Losing to DRanch 2-8 Bonita 3-7 and Charter Oak 3-10. The stats say a great team, the coaching says issues. There defense gives up over 5 runs a game. Pitching gives up 3.41 earn runs a game. The defense gives up 1.7 runs a game, way to high.
the coaching at LA is horrible! dont get me wrong the coaches are ok outside of baseball, but on the field, they have no clue what they r doing!!! the pitching coach has no business being there....such a joke!
BRAHMABBALL GOT IT SO RIGHT WITH HIS COMMENT. YOU GOT TO GIVE SOMETHING FOR YOUR KID TO PLAY. IT'S LIKE THAT IN EVERY SPORT. ANZIANO DESERVES BETTER RESPECT THAN WHAT HE IS GETTING.
A couple top players and two (top) players big difference. Both players were starters and due to the way the coach handled the team they both quit. When all is said and done this team now lacks pitching, defense, and COACHING.
Hey (LCIA)
Don't come on here and lie!! Two (top) players have not quit.Don't be mad because your son is not playing all the time. The best players are playing.
What if there are 3 teams at 3-0 after the games on Monday? Who plays in the championship? Is the first tiebreaker least runs allowed... or what? Anyone know the tourney rules?
KH these ramblings are similaer to ones you use to have sitting on the end of my bar...are you sure your sober.
You talk about playing cif champs from the past, the teams your playing dont resemble those teams.
As for giving advice on rasing kids...you should NOT go near that with a 10 foot pole. Your boy is a good kid in spite of you.
You are no example to follow and your thought process on this blog is just more proof.
Covina and Bonita tomorrow should be good. I smell upset with the Colts actually pulling one off if they do it right. But the Bearcats have been dominant all season with their 9-2-1 record and a 4-0 Miramonte league record. This should be a good one.
Well another year more issues, a couple top players have quit over the last few weeks. Without getting into to much detail, lets say if your parent takes care of the coach the coach is going to take care of your kid. LA still has a decent lineup but no depth. Moving forward defense, pitching and coaching will be the big question mark on this team.
Charter Oak beat Ontario Christian 11-4 & beat Walnut 2-0.
baseball nut
your right ,
i did say the game mint zero,
but i didnt say we throw in the towel.
it was a little let down,

love what don brings to the table,
hes a leggit baseball man,
knows way more in baseball then any outsider on kids in area.
hes slowed me down many times on what i say about other programs in the area.
todays my 6 month sober date, fills great.
so the dont be so hard on me.its coming one day at a time.
back to baseball at the bearcage,
besides the beating we took from clmt.
1 lose too c.v 2 to 1
1 tie with ex cif champs n.v.
9 wins. beat d.b. who beat glendora.
that should put us under cif champs s.h.

but you all know we will be at #5 as fred see it,
thats ok .
heres my top 10.
@ # 1 amat
# 2 s.h
# 3 bonita
# 4 glendora
# 5 d.b
# 6 damein

thats how i see it,these are the top 5 teams in the area.
any given day if there ace isnt throwing any one of these teams can beat you.
happy easter.
d.b. every year its all ways a fight with all the parents.
ive heard it for three years now.
at less over here, am the only problem.
the problem with me is losing,i wont ever accept it from my child,
so if we are on the same team,
your child is part of my child.
i think am a idioit some times, acourse, but thats why we are starting too come together as a team, parents and players.
theres plenty of men that put me into my place,
and i have all the respest for them.
either your the bolt or the washer or the screw. and you might just be the wrench.bring them all together, and thats how you start to tighten things.
one turn at a time.
KH,
First off Los Altos has dropped from # 1. South Hills is # 1 and Beckman of Irvine is # 2.
Also you said Bonita plays EVERY game to win, YET you say you team didnt care when they lost to Claremont for 3rd in the early tourney. Be careful or you will get hammered in here.
kh,
Please at least look at what you type before you
submit!! You're spelling is atrocious along with your blathering, rambling comments. I hope you don't talk like you have marbles in your mouth because you certainly type that way.
DBHS has known since last year that they would be riding Kenny all the way this year. The real effort should have been preparing their pitching staff, not trying to use players that never have been pitchers, even if their Dad's will never admit they never have been effective. Anziano is slowly coming back from a devastating injury from 2 years ago and is lucky to be getting on the mound at all. He will come through before the season ends. Omana is just still too "young/immature" as a pitcher and the rest never have been pitchers. Shibley needs to learn to evaluate talent and not play "favorites" as is his typical "MO". The game is for "players", not for Daddy's who "pay" to have their sons play. If he doesn't figure that out soon, it will be '09 "Deja Vu All Over Again". Kenny can't do it all and still win "league" or any "playoff" games. Get a clue folks!!
Max preps has not listed the 2 games DBHS played yesterday. Anyone know the score the of the 2 games. I am not sure why DB is playing in a tournament that plays a double header on sat after playing league games on wed-friday. It is better to play mon-wed giving you #1-2 pitchers some work. Coach knows that the DB pitching staff is thin on quality.
These games are important in your win-loss record as cifss looks at number of wins during the seeding process.
baseball nut,
didnt cif rank los altos div.3 top dogs
before the ass whipping we put on them.
everybody in the city of l.v. knows d.b. didnt throw there ace.
as far as giving up some runs ,those guys can put a hurten on you fast, good athletes, but like a good fighter ,you take some punches and give some jabs.but at the end of the fight ,the winner is the one who the ref puts his hand in the air,i think thats 8 in a row,but whos counting,we have covia tomorrow, all games behind us are yesterday news.we care about ranking ,like old high school girlfriends.get over it.move on.we have one goal only on this team,we every single game ,one game at a time,so for all you teams as you say these games mean nothing, keep throwing or jv or fr.because to you losers the game means zero.what away to raise a young man, playing for nothing..maybe the good players should transfer to boniya ,at least you will know that over here we play to win every single game,
Well DBfan... everyone has an off day and the Bonita kid did. The nice thing about Bonita is Knott has a lot of good solid pitching not just one guy, (DB scored nothing after the 4th and they had the same line up). KM is an outstanding pitcher but best of luck to you in CIF. I don't think you can win it with one guy. I know Gelndora is deep on pitching.
Great job Bonita, great to see you battle back!!!!!
“DBfan said:
dbproud: I am not sure what you mean "bypass our starting pitcher".”
Join the club dude.
“That's a mis-communication from my point of view. Parents usually overreact situations like this. I believe the coach knows what he is doning.”
That would then place you in a very small group of believers.
“Even you pitched 7 Inn yesterday, the next day you still need to do some bull pen throws and warm up throws to keep your arm loose. Coach ask KM to warm up on the mound, one purpose is to delay some time to let another pitcher warm up, the second purpose is doing more good for KM,”
Right. That’s why so many big league teams bring the previous day’s starter out and warm him up during a game, on the mound, with play halted, announced as a reliever. Especially when he has been on the field all day that has turned breezy and cold. You see it all of the time; matter of fact, I believe it was a practice designed by Dr. Robert Kerlan to preserve pitcher’s arms.
“You guys know how many scouts are there watching? Because we have a tight league schedule, KM will not pitch any games during this tournament, too much to lose if we burn KM out. Then, why coach put KM up on the mound, he just want those scouts have a little taste of KM, only let them watch the warm up, to keep their appetite up, thus they will swarm into Dbar to watch KM's next real start.”
Sure, that’s it; and the DB Coach was auditioning for a spot on Jamie McCourt’s legal team too.
“No body will risk KM's arm to win this meaningless game. There's total misunderstanding by some parents. I hope this is clear to everybody. Just don't over react!!No hard feelings.”
Clear as mud and by the way, it looks like the DB crew are the one’s doing most of the posting here. Meaningless? To some, I’m sure but obviously not to all you DB wonks who took the time to come on here and post about what it was you thought should have happened
“SG said:
Cannot wait to see Kenny on the hill vs bonita. Bonita has no class or respect for the game. I was embarrassed by the way the fans act towards the umpires and I was just a casual fan just watching high school baseball.“
Yeah; just another casual fan waiting for his boy Kenny to show up all of those nasty people from La Verne.
“dbproud said:
hi kh...i"m not sure if you realize this or not, but you bypassed our starting pitchers today. Lucky you. Good luck if you had to compete in the Sierra League. Oh, and what a classy bunch you are.”
I’m sure kh is sleeping better tonight knowing he bypassed your starting pitchers mr. dbproud. Thanks too for the lesson in class, you are obviously an authority on the subject.
Classy would actually have been something like, ‘Nice game, way to hang in there after getting behind by 8 runs and battling back. Good effort.’
Thank You! DBFan,
Bonita actually thought they had slayed Goliath..lol! In fact DB actually saw their best pitching while seeing DB's 3rd and 4th string. This tournament has no implications for DB except the matter of getting in some innings for the bullpen. Its a fact that if Kenny had been pitching , Bonita fans would most likely not be posting at all or problably singing to a much different tune....certainly spotting DB 8 runs!!
KH,
NICE win for the Cats against DB. I would be concerned about giving up 8 runs to begin the game. D.B is a decent to average hitting team. Where is your pitching? AND I'm not sure D.B had their top two pitchers even throwing. Remember this is when teams will pull up JV, & even Frosh kids to pitch in tourney's with games so close together. Bonita has never been short on hitting, its pitching. It may work coming back in league but it will hurt during CIF.
I did see Max preps bump Bonita to # 7 in DIV III. Still nothing from CIF rankings however.
dbproud: I am not sure what you mean "bypass our starting pitcher".
That's a mis-communication from my point of view. Parents usually overreact situations like this. I believe the coach knows what he is doning. BTW, "KM will win every start for DBar", this is my prediction, I am sticking with it.
Cannot wait to see Kenny on the hill vs bonita. Bonita has no class or respect for the game. I was embarrassed by the way the fans act towards the umpires and I was just a casual fan just watching high school baseball.
hi kh...i"m not sure if you realize this or not, but you bypassed our starting pitchers today. Lucky you. Good luck if you had to compete in the Sierra League. Oh, and what a classy bunch you are.

Does anyone have the scores of the Charter Oak games today?
Damien opens play in the Brian Hamilto Tour. hosted at Chino HS on Wednesday. They open play against Westminster.
Los Altos barely beats Covina 4-3 at Covina.
