The Glendora & Charter Oak Varsity Football Teams will be working together this Saturday August 28th from 12:30-3:30, to help raise awareness and support for the *YMCA – ‘WINGS” organization. (To continue, click thread).

This activity is a way for both teams to show support and give back to our community, as well as for some players, from each of the teams, to get to know each other a little better before our ‘Cross-Town Rival’ game on September 3. The boys will be broken into four teams – equal numbers from each school on each team. The teams will then be assigned a street corner – two in the GHS area, and two in the Charter Oak area- and, wearing their jerseys, will use their helmets to collect donations from passers-by.

The two Glendora sites will be at Foothill Ave. & Grand Ave. And down by the Home Depot/In-N-Out center (Glendora Marketplace).

Charter Oak has set one of their sites at Arrow Hwy and Grand Ave.
