Despite Mid Valley reporting that Locklear has resigned, Locklear says he's still Sierra Vista's head coach and practice starts Monday

If Sierra Vista football coach Keith Locklear has resigned, it's news to him. Locklear says he has no idea why the The Mid Valley's Andy Villanueva reported on their show on Tuesday that he is no longer the coach. Locklear says practice starts Monday, but Villanueva's inside sources at the 16:00 mark of this video say otherwise. "in talking to other coaches in the area, Locklear is no longer there," Villanueva said. Interesting stuff, right?

you talk big game that sierra vista sucks. yet every year we beat the sorry school known as bp. name the sport. wrestling, basketball, baseball. (must i really keep going). you talk like your school has a team. you guy just end up the same place as we do every year. sitting out in the playoffs. don't kid yourself. you have a few standouts. i doubt you are one of them. tired of kids proud of saying they go to bp. sv is better in academics and sports. we had a wrestler win cif. girls win cif. what do you have to answer back? nothing. so shut up. bp sucks!

Wow two years ago, I don't think the Trib people would have found the need to point out the mistakes that the mid-valley would make, but now a lot of people have discovered that the Mid-Valley News puts out a quality product (at times).

BTW, bashing these guys for working for In-N-Out coupons doesn't justify you're professionalism at all. That would be like T.O. ripping an opponent for taking a paycut in order to help out his team. I think it's a great thing that they bust their hump for no pay. Or maybe the whole In N Out thing is an inside joke you guys have that others don't understand.

Very funny Joe, but that would be like trading Kwame for Gasol, no way you're getting our Stevie R. Besides, Steve has a no-trade clause. But we will trade Andy for a couple In n out coupons!!! Tell Andy he knows we couldn't miss this chance to have fun with him...see you boys out on the field

Yeah Fred, I agree...very shoddy...do you want him back? I'll give you Andy, and two interns to be named later for Stevie R....
