Does anybody still think troy is overrated?? Every set against downey was lost by two points. Troy did not play very good in the championship match and was outplayed by downeys big hitting, but they are angry and are making up for it in state by beating the number two seeded team scripps ranch and 3 seeded team chino hills.

Round 2: Predictions-St. Lucy's will beat Downey in 4; Chino Hills will lose to Troy in 5. St. Lucy's will advance to Round 3 where Troy will lose in 4.

Everyone knows that thick and thourgh St. Lucy's will win when it counts. Chino Hills will have a tough match with Troy even though its at home. But Chino Hills is a good team too either way the winner will win in 5

If the two sierra league champs meet again i dont think anyone would know the outcome of that game. But the winner will lose in the state finals either way against the northern teams.

no chance St. Lucy's loses to Downey. I was at the Walnut-Downey game a few weeks ago and Walnut should have beaten them. It went 5 but Walnut could have won in 4. Unless Downey had a terrible match and were missing people St. Lucy's has way too much talent for Downey.

Any observer from last night saw that SL lacked heart and now that they have won CIF they aren't taking this quite as seriously. That is unfortunate as this is the one team that has a chance to be in the State Finals.

The team would have to revitalize and reboot to make the win against Downey a possibility. Downey and Troy each have one loss. But Troys loss was to Downey in downed them in 3. Troy is overrated and Downey is the real deal.
