Lisa Fernandez at Bishop Amat on Saturday

One of the most celebrated softball pitchers ever, four-time Olympic gold medal winner Lisa Fernandez, will be the -guest speaker at Bishop Amat's "A Cut Above," softball clinic at Bishop Amat high school on Saturday at 12:30 p.m.
Because of the strong possibility of rain the clinic has been moved to the school's gym and will include instruction on hitting, fielding, base running, lunch and a question and answer session with Fernandez.

Hit and Hustle
Bishop Amat's annual "Hit and Hustle," football camp with Lancers coach Steve Hagerty will be held on January 15 from 9-3 p.m., for kids in third through eighth grade.
The $75 fee includes lunch, certificate of participation, t-shirt a group picture and instruction from the Bishop amat football staff.
