Soccer rankings: Hacienda League girls soccer race heating up with Diamond Bar, Walnut, Los Altos; Mountain View back on top in boys rankings

CIF Girls Soccer Polls
Girls Soccer Tribune Rankings
1. Ayala (8-4-2) -- Will say the same thing as last week, beat Walnut and Bishop Amat with Sierra League about to start.
2. Bishop Amat (12-1) -- Starting to resemble last year's impressive start with 59 goals to go against just 12 against.
3. Walnut (8-3-1) -- With arguably the best defense in the Valley, the Mustangs always among the area's best.
4. Glendora (10-3-4) -- Considering the schedule and tough penalty kick loss to Walnut, the Tartans' record is impressive.
5. Los Altos (8-2-4) -- Big game at Bonita today, but seems like every game in the Hacienda is a big game.
6. Northview (12-3) -- Vikings proving they're more than just Khalalah Todd after last week's big win over San Dimas.
7. Sierra Vista (9-2) -- Probably won't lose a game in the Montview
8. San Dimas (8-2-2) -- Record should be better considering the schedule they have played.
9. Claremont (9-4-1) -- May give Ayala run for their money in Sierra.
10. Diamond Bar (8-4) -- Surprise 2-0 start in the Hacienda with wins over Diamond Ranch and Bonita.

No Fair Play In HS Soccer Video (Ganesha HS Boys Soccer)

Ganesha is 5-0 but yesturdays game vs. Duarte was 2-1 in Duartes favor with 6 6minutes to go. The win for Duarte was a lock. But since the Ganesha team does not play the Fair Play rule that FIFA has an award for they ended up winning 3-2 in overtime. Look at the play on

The field at DR is probably in similar shape to LA. It is narrow and very uneven.
I was at the LA bonita boys game yesterday and both teams struggled with the condition of the field. LA controlled most of the game but made two mistakes at defense and paid. Bonita gets a good win on two phantom goals! A win is a win. The Hacienda is brutal. Anyone have scores for the other games?
LA Futbol --
Boys
Every game in the Hacienda is a war.
I am sure it is the same on the girls side, as well.
In CIFSS, Sierra Vista is ranked #3 and Northview is ranked #8.
DIVISION 6

2. Hemet
3. Sierra Vista
4. San Jacinto
5. Alverno
6. San Marino
7. Loara
8. Northview
9. Segerstrom

Apollo and Nickelodeon are my no.1.I'm Ron.
And who has Northview played with a winning record besides San Dimas? I believe those 3 losses are to the 3 decent teams.
Record should be better considering the schedule we have played? Really? Lets see, beat Diamond Bar, beat Rancho Cucamonga (who beat Los Altos), tied South Hills, tied Charter Oak - All larger schools in higher divisions. Only losses to Bonita (remember anything can and will happen in rivalries) and a the loss to Northview in OT with 4 key players hurt. And you were the one who said our key player was JJ who has been out all season and will not be returning. How much better do you think our record could be? Just wondering.
Ganesha boys are 5-0 in Montview and all alone in first. Sierra Vista is 3-1-1. Still early in league, but hopefully we will stay strong and continue to impress.
Wells,
Boys or Girls?
Bonita Boys beat Los Altos boys 2-1
Diamond Ranch beat Walnut 1-0.
