Since anonymous comments now require typing in captcha (tiny squiggly words) before posting a comment, several commenters have complained that it’s too sensitive, and they have to copy and paste some comments over again to post a comment. There is an easy solution, create a permanent screen name under the sign-on option, then once you sign on, you can post comments without having to type captcha. The sign-on option is still completely anonymous, we’re not asking you to post under Twitter or Facebook, just create an anonymous screen name, a password, email (like you do for anonymous posts anyway) and you’re in. Commenters like Joe Amat have been doing it forever and we still don’t know who the heck he is, so try it, it makes commenting much easier.
