Just Tribbin: Happy Birthday Dad
Over the next month we're taking those vacation days you sort of have to take, but it worked out perfectly today, my dad turned 70 and we're playing golf. Love you pop. Steve Ramirez is the one I'm jealous of, he's using his days on a cruise this week and will be back for the basketball playoffs. In any case, thought it would be a good day to post a Just Tribbin, where you can talk about any topic you wish. See you tomorrow.

Jcaz, Trojan Man, thanks, there's nothing like a round of golf with my pop. And I know where your coming from, I enjoy those rounds more and more as I get older because you know it won't last forever.
FC, was out all day, will check it out.
Fred,
Spend as much time as you can with your Dad. Hope you had a nice round of golf. I hope your dad kicked your butt today.
Anyway, I hope you all had a great day.
Ahh, finally it’s Baseball season :)
Go Bearcats!
Fred maybe you could shut down the Courtney Gano thread in honor of your Dad's birthday. Pretty classless allowing such comments considering you know Greg Gano and the back ground regarding his parenting of an outstanding individual as Courtney is.
Courtney you were amazing ambassador and addition to the Damien Family. We "ALL" wish you nothing but continued success at Bonita and at UW.
People can hate all they want but it's truely disgusting when people who know you can't speak up for you.
PS Your Dad is a flat out class act...just like you!
How about a day at the races with Dad? Turf Club? Maybe I'll see you there. :)
Trojan man, I hear ya. I guess that one of the worst parts about getting older is the realization that your parents don't live forever.
My dad also passed away not to long ago and just the other day, I came across a comment on FACEBOOK from one of my friends who was also deep in thought about her father. I would like to share it with you if only because it truly comes from the heart.
Copy and paste this if your Dad is in heaven. If roses grow in heaven, Lord, then pick a bunch for me. Place them in my Dad's arms and tell him they're from me. Tell him that I love and miss him, and when he turns to smile, place a kiss upon his cheek and hold him for a while. I Love and miss you, Dad!
I'd give ANYTHING for ONE more day with my Dad , he passed 7 years ago.
GOOD JOB Mr. Robledo, Fred is a GREAT reporter & a heck of a human being , you should be proud, I am SURE YOU ARE !
Happy Birthday Mr. Robledo !
Enjoy the day with your Pops Fred!
