CIF State Basketball Playoffs: LV Lutheran boys, Bonita, Bishop Amat and Duarte girls also in, while Damien and Diamond Ranch girls on the outside looking in
I just received pairings for the CIF State Southern California Regional basketball playoffs and there were some surprises, mainly Damien and the Diamond Ranch girls team missing the cut. La Verne Lutheran, which like Damien lost in the CIF-Southern Section semfinals, made the cut and received the No. 11 seed in Division 3. The Trojans open the playoffs at University City of San Diego on Tuesday. La Canada is the division's top seed.
On the girls side, Bonita, which lost in the divisional finals, received the No. 4 seed in Division III and will host Cathedral Catholic of San Diego, also on Tuesday. Bishop Amat, which lost to Bonita in the CIF-SS semifinals, is the division's No. 10 seed and will travel to No. 7 Mt. Miguel on Tuesday. The Lancers and Bearcats can't meet before the regional finals. Duarte received the No. 10 seed in Division IV and travels to Oaks Christian on Tuesday.

was that typo win(n)ing or w(h)ining?
Basic, I’m 5’5, and not a good basketball player, let’s put on the gloves and Box!
Always wining with class and humility!

Dog,
So what was it that you got your ring for?
Just seems that you are really proud of it, which you should be, but you would think by now you have some higher accomplishments...Anyway, instead of offering to have other kiss it, how about you put it up??? I will play you a game of 21 for CIF Rings, interested?
Just let me know...
Basic, If you have looked though other post you’ll find I have complemented Bonita and other schools in the past but only when it’s deserved! My comments are gentle and classy compared to some of the Bonita garbage.
Thank you for your kind comments about our program. Basic you seem reasonable. You are now allowed to kiss the ring.
We win with class and humility always.

Hey Dog,
First of, Congrats to all the student athletes at WestCO, and specially to those that won CIF titles, I am sure they worked hard for it and very proud of them, now as for all your comments about BONITA, it seems to be that you are some what jealous or just have never grown up/out of the kindergarten stage, you know, when you like someone but can't express it so you are mean to them...I might be mistaken but man oh man sure seems like the same thing I had to teach my little ones. Anyway, thanks for always thinking of us and keeping BONITA all over this blog...
They should really pack the stands for the Bonita “loser’s bracket” white flag game! Will this be the last consolation game of this season for the kitties? Man I hope so, please, only show pictures of the winners.
Wining with class and humility always!
Bulldog fever….
Congrats & Good Luck Leti Galarza and the Amat LANCERS on your return to the state tournament... your awesome hard work coming back from knee injury, incredible team pllay and leadership didn't equal big stats more than it registered in Amat wins and admiration ...
While Damien being out of D3 tournament is somewhat of a shock - think about Alemany?
They have wins over D3 champ Harvard-Westlake, D4 champ Oaks Christian, D5 semifinalist St Bernards, D3 runner-up Price (who beat La Verne Lutheran twice) and beat Crespi D3 semifinalist, and two of their losses are to D2 champ Loyola - all who are in the State Tournament!
Wow!
