Bishop Amat, the top-ranked team in Division 3, beat defending CIF-SS Division 1 champion Santa Margarita 2-0 at Citrus College in Wednesday’s fundraiser that benefits the R.J.’s Foundation. The R.J.s Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports terminally ill children and raises money for low-income families to promote professional, academic and athletic achievement. Also, it should be noted that Citrus College is a gracious host, offering to donate their facility tonight for a great cause.
