Covina softball had two good pitchers. But had the worst coach that I ever seen. I am happy to here that Covina will have a new softball coach next year now they will a chance. A blind coach that can’t speak would be a upgrade for Mr.Cry-baby.

You’ve got to be kidding. Both those pitchers have destroyed the Covina softball program with thier cancerous attitudes. A coach can only do so much if the players attitudes are not in line with playing team ball. I feel sorry for the coaches and most of the players at Covina who had to put up with these attitudes. I for one am looking forward to seeing some new talent coming into the softball prgram who has a team first attitude instead of a me first attitude.

The coach let it happen and just not this year but for years now. Without those pitchers Covina would of been 2nd to last right with Pomona. Covina will never win without a new coach. That is just the truth like it or not.

Covina softball would have come in 3rd place with or without those two pitchers. They could have brought up their JV pitcher and still have finished in 3rd place. There were only two good teams in the league and each time those two pitchers faced them they gave up a boatload of runs. Just because they beat teams like Pomona and Baldwing Park doesnt make them good pitchers. I agree the coach has made some mistakes. His biggest mistake this year was not cutting these two when they were becoming a major distraction.

  • http://hh The truth

Yup a good coach would of but that show you. Covina wouldn’t be in 3rd with a JV pitcher. There 3rd baseman could stop a ball. The right fielder couldn’t catch a ball or throw it to 2nd base. The 3,4,5 hitters could only hit the ball vs weak pitching. The dumb coach didn’t even pitch his best pitcher in CIF.
