Bonita beats Santa Fe in El Rancho tourney: For most high school boys basketball teams, December is a time for transition and finding themselves. Bonita showed Tuesday it’s a little bit farther ahead in the game than Pioneer.
Jeff Nelson scored 13 points and Tony Digirolamo had 10 to lead the Bearcats to a 56-27 victory over the Titans in a pool-play game at the 18th annual Blue Pride Classic at El Rancho High.

Host Arroyo loses to La Salle: The visiting Lancers’ trapping defense created havoc for the Knights and La Salle cruised to a 53-31 victory in pool play of the 54th annual Arroyo Invitational basketball tournament on Tuesday night.

    Does Edgewood HS have sports? I thought I saw that old name was 2-0 for the year. They should have used the old Trojans instead of of the Lions. The school is still on Trojan Way!
