South HIlls scored five runs in the first and three in the second on its way to a 10-1 victory over Ayala. The Huskies’ Mike Dlugos was 3-for-3, scored two runs, stole two bases and Ty France had a hit and three RBIs.
Pitcher Mark Segovia finished the game after taking over in the fourth and throwing four shutout innings to preserve the win. South Hills improved to 13-6 and is first in the Sierra League with a 7-3 mark.
