Because Bishop Amat baseball and softball both have home games in Thursday’s first-round, the baseball game was moved to Friday at Bishop Amat at 3:15 p.m., against Ridgecrest Burroughs. Also, the second annual Bishop Amat Sandlot Games for kids returns to Bishop Amat High on Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., for kids ages 5-10 years old. The games are free for the kids and instruction and coaching is provided by the Bishop Amat staff and players.
