With four seconds remaining in the game and the scored tied at 56-56, West Covina’s junior guard Jonah Mendoza deflected a pass at Diamond Ranch’s 3-point line. He picked up the ball and raced downcourt to score the game-winning basket with 1.4 seconds remaining.

Mendoza finished with eight points and four rebounds.
