St. Lucy’s volleyball player Veronica LaPierre battled her way back from brain surgery

lapierre St. Lucy’s volleyball coach Sean Douglas found his star player Veronica LaPierre to be a bit stubborn from his first dealings with her. It was one of her first varsity matches during her sophomore year and Douglas was encouraging her to go for a cross-court shot after she had been blocked trying to go down the line.
He called a timeout and asked her whether she heard him screaming from the sideline or if she was being stubborn. LaPierre admitted it was the latter.
“That’s her personality. She was not going to let that girl beat her,” Douglas recalled.

So what did Bonita do to not land Allie LaPierre’s sister? Smells like a fish.

Try Coaching… At least that is what the rumor is/was

If Club West has anything to do with steering students from Bonita we have serious issues, why? I point to the former BoHigh Coach as well.

I doubt that was the case here, as she does not play for club west. If I had to guess and that is all I am doing here, I would guess that it was her decision after maybe talking to her sister. BTW, as far as I can recall the former coach got players to Bonita not pulled.
Anyway, the story here is about this amazing player overcoming a huge hurtle. Congrats and the best of luck

Great Story, makes me feel blessed for what I have but it also makes me want to cheer for her to do well. Sorry that Bonita missed out her, great player and seems to be a great person as well. Best of luck to you
