TRIBUNE SUPER 32 FOOTBALL RANKINGS
1. Bishop Amat (4-3) — With back-to-back wins over Serra and Alemany and in the Mission League drivers seat, there’s no doubt Amat is No. 1 again.
2. Glendora (5-1) — How do you blow out Trib’s No. 3 Bonita and fall a spot in the rankings? Not the Tartans fault, but reality is reality.
3. Charter Oak (3-3) — Nice win over Diamond Ranch, but winning the Hacienda won’t be as easy as it use to be.
4. West Covina (4-2) — Nobody was talking about the Bulldogs early in the season but everyone is paying attention now.
5. Northview (5-1) — Notched their biggest win in years over San Dimas and probably should be undefeated except for blowing a 21-0 halftime lead at La Sierra.
6. Damien (3-3) — Despite losing to Upland, the Spartans will still battle for playoff spots in the Baseline.
7. Pomona (3-4) — Take away the two forfeit losses and they’re 3-2 after the whipping over La Puente. Nobody will want to face them in the Mid-Valley playoffs.
8. Bonita (4-2) — While they’ve looked great in all their wins, they’ve looked just as terrible in two losses to Monrovia and Glendora.
9. San Dimas (3-3) — Nobody expected back-to-back losses to Bonita and Northview, but don’t sleep on the Saints, they’ll be back.
10. Diamond Ranch (4-2) — Battle Charter Oak to the wire, but lets see how they rebound with the rest of league.
