ouch
TRIBUNE SUPER 32 FOOTBALL RANKINGS
1. Bishop Amat (3-1)
— No more Colony or Chino Hills easy games, the real season starts Friday with Notre Dame in town for the Mission opener.
2. Glendora (3-0) – Looking more and more like the No. 1 team in the Central.
3. Bonita (4-0) — The great preseason won’t mean anything if they can’t beat San Dimas in the Smudge Pot.
4. Charter Oak (3-1) — Can’t think of a better non-league game going into league than having the two Central heavyweights, Charter Oak and Glendora, slug it out.
5. Northview (3-1) — Back-to-back 35-0 shutouts over Baldwin Park and Walnut.
6. Los Altos (3-1) — After a big loss to Glendora, it doesn’t get any easier with Monrovia up next.
7. Diamond Ranch (3-1) — Coach Jimmy Welker deserves a lot of credit, especially for the Panthers’ defense.
8. Diamond Bar (3-1) — You didn’t think they were going undefeated did you?
9. San Dimas (2-1) — Saints thinking of only one thing: Beating Bonita in the Smudge.
10. West Covina (1-3) — There would be a lot of area teams not named Bishop Amat that would be 1-3 if they played the Bulldogs’ schedule.
