Celebrity auction doodad for Habitat for Humanity
Hey, do you have still have what they used to call "money" back when we still had this thing called an "economy?" Because if so, starting on Monday you can use it to buy things in an auction that will benefit Hollywood for Habitat for Humanity. And who knows? Maybe they'll build a house for you when you lose the one you're currently in!
Some of the stuff that'll be up for auction:
* "Entourage" half-day set visit with guest star Kelly Kruger as tour guide! (Maybe the regular cast will be shooting that day, too!)
* VIP Experience with Carrie Underwood in Los Angeles!

(Maybe she'll let you touch her Grammy. That doesn't sound right, does it?)
* Spend a half day on the set of "Viva Laughlin" executive producer Hugh Jackman's next film! (Actually meeting Mr. Jackman might be extra.)
* "The Dark Knight" memorabilia signed by Christian Bale!
* "Robot Chicken" DVD autographed by Seth Green!
On Oct. 20, more stuff goes on the auction block, including:
* Lunch with Kyle Howard and autographed memorabilia from the hit show "My Boys!" (Again with the hyperbolic use of the word "hit.")
* Per the press release, "Sidney Poitier autographed copy of his most recent book!" (Don't they know the title?)

(Hint: It's "Life Beyond Measure.")
* Autographed shirts from cast members of "Prison Break" including Wentworth Miller, Dominic Purcell, Amaury Nolasco and Bill Fichtner!
* Scrubs autographed by the cast of "Grey's Anatomy!"
* "Dirty Sexy Money" script autographed by Blair Underwood! (The press release referred to the show as "Dirty, Sexy, Money.")

David Kronke was appointed Mayor of Television after a bloodless coup in 2000. Since then, he has improved infrastructure, championed greater educational opportunities and fought for reforms that have utterly erased corruption and incompetence from the television industry. Since Mr. Kronke has ascended to power, Television is a far better place.

“ He talks about siding with the people just before he flew off for a fundraiser in Hollywood with Barbra Streisand and his celebrity friends” McCain said of his rival. “ Let me tell you, my friends, there’ s no place I’ d rather be than right here with the working men and women of Ohio.”
