Markey(ed) man
Coming off the first 200-yard rushing game of his career, UCLA tailback Chris Markey was asked if he would be a marked man Saturday at Washington.
“I would hope so, but I don’t know. I would guess, though, yeah,'' he said. "The first game I really didn’t do anything. The second game I feel I stepped my game up. We made it a point to go out and establish a run game.''
As for Markey's plans this weekend, he said "I just trying to go there, beat up on some Huskies and come back with a win on my birthday.'' He turns 21 on game day.
