Tuesday's tidbits

The quarterback situation was evident after UCLA concluded Tuesday's practice. Osaar Rasshan was throwing passes with Marcus Everett and even McLeod Bethel-Thompson, the freshman walk-on who is now No. 3 on the depth chart, stayed after to throw with the receivers.
During practice, Rasshan was inconsistent with his throws. He certainly has the ability to throw a pretty pass, especially the intermediate and deeper patterns, but his touch and accuracy remain big issues.
On another subject, freshman receiver Dominique Johnson is on his way to a red-shirt. He played in the closing minutes of the opener against Utah, but showed up to practice Tuesday wearing a protective boot for an ankle sprain.

How is Pat looking in practice? Is he staying sharp? He seems like a cool-cucumber. I hope he doesn't get rattled up in Autzen this Saturday.
