Dorrell on Colletto
Jay Norvell may not be the last change on the coaching staff. Offensive line coach and assistant head coach Jim Colletto is a candidate to become the Detroit Lions offensive line coach.
“He’s really torn,’’ UCLA coach Karl Dorrell said. “He has an opportunity, and he obviously has an attraction of coaching in the NFL, but he had a great attraction about doing what he did here at UCLA last year. He’s mulling it over.’’

Attraction to doing what he did at UCLA last year? What did he do? The O line was not good last year. I would cut him loose.... good riddens Colletto, go retire in the NFL. He is not cut out for college coaching, we need someone who will motivate our O line, relate to young guys, and open up holes to run. I would be happy to see him go.
