Maturation process
UCLA is notorious for coming out slow against lesser teams this season, so I asked coach Ben Howland about it Friday, as it relates to the Bruins hosting Oregon State today.
‘’A mature team, a team that’s learning, realizes that you’ve got to show up with the same level of intensity each and every time you step onto the floor and when you learn to do that and you play really hard at all times, then you become a consistent team,'' Hoowland said. "I think we’ve been pretty good at that for the most part this year, I really do. I don’t know. You know, like, you could say well Arizona State, they came at you, but with Arizona State, we attacked their zone really poorly and I made some mistakes in terms of a couple of defensive things we decided to do in that game that haven’t worked to our benefit.’’

It's a really good recruiting class with limited scholarships to offer. Our new OC looks like he's going to come in and light some fire like D Walker did on defense. Bruins are going to have a great year and make next years' recruiting class, with lots of scholies, incredible!!! BRUINS!
