Shipp's thumb
One thing that came out of Saturday's practice was a jammed left thumb for wing Josh Shipp. He had it taped up Sunday, and when I asked about it, at first he didn't want to talk about it. Eventually, he said he jammed it, but that it wasn't an issue. "It's fine," he said. "It's nothing to worry about.''
While the thumb shooting influence his shooting, it could hamper his ball-handling if it continues to give him problems the next few days.
