I love the optimism of UCLA finishing 2nd, but until I am confident in the coaching staff's ability to not get outcoached I don't see such a high finish. The loss in the Emerald Bowl last year typified Dorrell as a coach, where his team gets a great win and shows its potential to be a very good team, only to get beaten by a team that's average at best because Dorrell and his team's are averages at best for the most part themselves.

I'm surprised that you have ASU at #4. I don't think Dennis Erikson can get them in shape this year. I think Washington and Oregon will perform better than you have them ranked and I'd also put Cal above UCLA.

I could be wrong but I don't think Karl is going to be able to take advantage of the talent around him. I predict an 8-4 season for the powder blue and a 3rd place finish in the conference.
