Cowan speaks as well

Not only was TB Christian Ramirez and FB Fred Holmes made available to the media today, but so was injured backup quarterback Patrick Cowan, who despite facing a few weeks (minimum) of rehab, was smiling and saying he was doing fine mentally.
"I'm not bummed. I'm a little sunburned. I need a bucket hat for practice, but I'm fine,'' Cowan said.
Cowan did joke around, saying "I have a slight tear in my hamstring, which just makes me think how fast you have to be running to tear a muscle. So, I guess, I was running pretty fast on the play. My leg hurt, and I fell, so I'll be back when I'm ready to play.''
Cowan said he will take mental reps while watching practice in an effort to keep sharp, and will help McLeod Bethel-Thompson in any way possible.
