I wonder what everyone thinks of my son Dumpy. I know, I know. Dumpy spends all day and night on the computer Internets. But all of you non-believers have to understand, Dumpy has a mission to accomplish. Dumpy has to make everyone on the computer Internets believe we should Dump Dorrell.

My son Dumpy is a prophet, and prophets are never loved in their own land. Just read the Bible for many examples. Soon, my Dumpy will part the Bruin Dead Sea, and the whole BruinsNations tribe will be led to the promised land by my Dumpy and a new FB headcoach. Long live my prophet DUMPY!!!

I have a request for the blog. Can we please stop with the back and forth attacks/debates on different posters opinions and just stick to discussing UCLA football. The joy of coming to Dohn's blog is that up until recently, it has been a place for gathering information, asking intelligent questions of Brian and following what is up with the program.

Posters like DumpDorrell are entitled to their opinion (as much as I don't share it), but having to wade through all the useless debate that seems to be on the blog nowadays is making this a much less enjoyable site to visit. I'm not trying to single out anyone in particular.............it's just that I'd really like the blog to stay focused on UCLA football. It shouldn't turn into a back and forth pissing contest like the so far 85 comments in the "Scott Cleared" thread.

BRUIN BRAIN All Dumpdorrell does is engage in attacks! He attacks Dorrell and anyone who has ANYTHING positive to say about Dorrell. No one is happy with 29-21!!! Just most of us are looking forward to the season. We are ranked in the top 25 and primed for a big year( YES WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS)............ AND HEAR COMES DUMPDORRELL WITH OH MY GOD THE SKY IS FALLING.... NEGATIVE TAKES OVER AND OVER!!!

I couldn’t agree more. It’s time to get back to what’s important. I am so glad to get my friend Coach Scott back in camp where he belongs. Let’s move forward and focus on the upcoming Pac 10 Championship I promised. We will beat BYU, Utah, Cal, ND and SC and move on to the BCS. So it be said, so it be done. By the end of this season, Dump Dorrell and the Bruin Nation will be kissing my ass the same way they kiss Howland’s. I thank all the monkeys that have supported me on this blog. I will remember you when I’m coaching in the NFL.

Funny thing about Bruin Brian's comments. I belong to a pay site and as we started getting closer to practice the "negative thinkers" (for lack of a better phrase) started coming out, fueled by the E. Scott situation. So, where did I turn to get my Bruin info and to get away from the back and forth of the site? Here of course. I guess you can't get away from it though. Oh well.

I agree with Bruin Brian. I enjoy this site because at other sites like BruinSkyIsFallingNation they lambaste you for not sharing the same views they share. They tell you that if you don't like their views to not read them and leave their site.

DD is a regular poster on their site but he also goes to other sites to spread his views and their negative and hackneyed views. WHo can blame others for responding to this troll who writes flaming posts that basically beg for a response. If DD wasn't here the quality of the blog would be so much better.

Bruin Brian, not only does Dump have his opinion he makes incorrect assertions and flames people by labelling Bruin fans that don't agree with him. I've heard the same crap from him and others on BN over and over again. Like many Bruin fans I'm not satisfied with UCLA finishing 3rd or lower each year. But I see progress. Why the need to CONSTANTLY dwell on the negative and the past especially during the excitement of a new football season? Is it because it is convenient to do so in light of E Scott's incident? Some people want their agenda to be heard so bad that they'll focus on all the negative aspects of KD and the UCLA program under him. Dumps name already indicates he is posting with an agenda. Dump wants to prove his point and I think people hear him...they just don't agree with him. There should be posting rules on this blog with regards to people attacking others and making inflammatory remarks.

Like you I want to enjoy the excitement of our season and I believe the Bruins will do well this year.

If everyone is in agreement to get back to UCLA football, than quit complaining about DUMP. We're complaining about complaining. Out of the 13 Blogs, sportjunky and Dorrell's comments were the only one’s not complaining or had anything to do with football.

UCLA football rocks, lets get back to it.

Brian, this guy might be right, you might want to go back to the one and two hour delays before posts. These constant rebuttals are starting to get old. Bantering seems to have taken a new meaning.

hahaha...how laughable and ironic! A guy (Bob) writes "Do you have anything positive to say?" but then his own blog entry gets edited for bad language. Mr. Bob let's see what "positive things" you have to say from here on out. I bet you will be scrutinized more carefully by Brian here on out.
