Nearing practice

UCLA coach Karl Dorrell had his weekly press conference before today's practice, and to be honest, nothing of note came out of it. He said WR Osaar Rasshan still wasn't a given to play in the opener because of his concussion he suffered more than a week ago, but that will sort itself out by the end of this week.
Other than that, it was a lot of rehashing what has already been talked about for much of August.
One thing of note, though, is QB Ben Olson is going to wear a knee brace on his right leg. It has nothing to do with an injury, but rather a precautionary measure recommended by the training staff and coaching staff.
As far as the depth chart I posted earlier, I found it interesting UCLA listed four fullbacks, and injured Michael Pitre and just-moved Fred Holmes were ahead of walk-on Chad Moline. Also, Dylan Rush wasn't even listed.
