Norvell on Olson

Here's what Bruins offensive coordinator Jay Norvell said about the improvement of QB Ben Olson the last week to 10 days:
"He's feeling more comfortable. He's getting a lot of reps, a lot more reps than he's had in his life. He was dripping wet when he walked off the practice field, which is good. That's the kind of rhythm you get into. It's a cumulative thing that happens over time. When you start to get that many repetitions, you start to learn what to look for, you feel comfortable, you get to know your receivers, who does what well, and you can stay ahead of things.
"He's been working overtime. He's been working very hard. He's playing a lot faster. That's the biggest thing he's been working on. When the ball is snapped, he wants to have quick feet, get back quickly, make decisions and move on.''
