Scott news, and more
UCLA receivers coach Eric Scott will meet with athletic director Dan Guerrero this afternoon, and sources said afterward it is expected to be announced Scott will rejoin the staff. He is on paid administrative leave.
After Saturday's morning practice, Bruins coach Karl Dorrell said a resolution was near.
"There will probably be a resolution today, we've got nothing to announce at this point in time,'' Dorrell said.
In other news, RB Chane Moline is limited because of an injury wrist/thumb. Dorrell said a bone may be broken, so it means more reps for RB Ryen Carew.
FB Michael Pitre had his left knee drained, but Dorrell expected him to be back "shortly.''
LG Shannon Tevaga is battling with a wrist and shoulder injury, but Dorrell said it is not thought to be serious. Nate Skaggs is taking reps with the first team in Tevaga's place.
