PROFILE

This is Brian Dohn's fifth season covering UCLA after spending 4 1/2 years covering the Dodgers for the Daily News and other Los Angeles Newspaper Group papers. He graduated from Rutgers, where the first college football game was played in 1869. Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.

Price's climb

Bruins DT Jess Ward missed Thursday's practice because of a family matter I will not elaborate on, but he is expected to be at Saturday's game. With Ward gone, freshman DT Brian Price took some reps with the first-team defense.
In talking to defensive coordinator DeWayne Walker, Price has really been impressive in practice, but needs to be more consistent. That said, I expect Price to play markedly more than he's been playing (ok, so that's 8 plays in two games).
But Price's play was reflected when the depth chart came out Monday and he was listed second at one of the DT spots.

Rather BP plays lots of snaps or not. The D-line has to get more pressure on the QB. Hickman has been missed!

Where do you find the depth chart online?
