Limbering up
Here's a story I wrote on Chace Stanback in today's paper.
One other thing he told me was he is more limber now, thanks to a stretching program, and that he better for it.
"I wasn’t very flexible in high school, but I am now,'' Stanback said. "It helps a lot. I couldn’t even touch my toes. Prevents you from getting injured. You’re able to get lower. You have a lower center of gravity and can keep your balance better."
yoga would be good to help in flexibility and core strength
he needs to get tougher mentally.
