Stevens, who was thought to be committed to UCLA as late as yesterday, said this about why he chose Oregon:
``It's a great place,'' Stevens said. ``It was a good community. It's a good school. I felt right about it. My heart was there. I felt more of a vibe with Oregon. I could see myself there.''
Well, Eugene is more like Hemet than Westwood. Best of luck to the young man. It looks like UCLA doesn't have much to gripe about today.
If we lose Knox to ND, I think then we'll have a reason to gripe. BTW, anyone have a clue on when Knox will be making his decision?
6pm today on FSN Prime Ticket. He'll be announcing it on TV along w/ Kaveinga.
Good for him if that's where his heart is. I feel bad for him to wear those dreadful unis.
Is there some kind of signing show at 6pm? Anyone know if that's going to be shown anywhere on the internet?

Brian, do you know if Stevens actually signed today or just announced? I ask because Greg Biggins speculated yesterday that Stevens might delay his announcement. Since this is not the case I wanted to know if the signing was now official
