Comments working
I am told the comments are now working after one of our tech guys worked very hard at it. Here is what he wrote:
There was a problem in a javascript file, which was preventing comments from working properly. I've fixed that, and I've also re-implemented the old commenting system, so users can register through the internal MT system or through typekey. I just posted a test comment, and it seemed to work, so I'm hopeful that this will solve the problem.
So, that said, please chime in about UCLA and the NCAA Tournament. And as long as the comments continue to work, I will do a Q&A for Monday, which means questions can be sent in Sunday.

One note from the 'tech guy' for readers - I didn't rebuild the entire blog, which means comments will be working on posts going forward. I'm going to republish the five most recent posts, so comments will work on those, too. But rebuilding the entire blog is a very system-intensive process that I'd rather avoid.
Don't worry about previous posts. What is in the past should remain there.
Testing...
Test comment.
what is newsworthy about howland's cell phone ringing during a press conference when his team is in transit or otherwise? can you please publish your definition of newsworthy? some things that get blogged seem trivial in the extreme. this team is on a title run and instead of analysis we get..."ben's cellie went off....again! omg! icbi!"

Good news about TypeKey, thanks.

I think someone missed a point about what blogging means. Since when a blog site became a news feed?

What's more likely...Howland's cell phone going off again in a presser or Tim Floyd staying at sc?
Hey Brian, Do you expect UCLA to rack up a few more commits when they have juniors come visit during spring practice? It seems UCLA is behind USC a bit.Is there any linemen UCLA is looknig at?Coach Neuheisel said he needed to address that this year.
