Darren's impromptu meeting
Darren Collison called for a quick halftime chat with Kevin Love, who played just 14 minutes up to that point because of back spasms.
``He sat me down at halftime and said, `It's going to be this way down the stretch. Your legs, back, anything you have, you have to fight through it.' ''
Apparently, the chat worked. Plus, Love figured out he was getting pulled by Ben Howland each time he grimmaced.

Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.
