After opening the half with a 18-4 run to take a 46-38 lead with 14:43 to play, UCLA is scoreles in the last three minutes. Meanwhile, USC has only five points all half, and one field goal. Daniel Hackett's lay-in with 16:32 to play is the only bucket for Trojans, who also have three free throws from Taj Gibson but trail 46-39 with 11:32 to play.
Also, UCLA's Alfred Aboya has four fouls, which is big since Luc Richard Mbah a Moute is out with an ankle injury.
