Special Q&A

| | Comments (14) |

Because of the problems over the weekend regarding the blog and leaving comments, the Q&A session was shorted. I am told the problems are now straightened out, and it is back to the old format.
Therefore, send in some questions today, and I will have the answers Tuesday.
Again, thank you all for your patience, and just to let everyone know, we at the Daily News were highly frustrated by this. Thanks, again.

can you list the scholarship players on the basketball team? there seems to be so much worry about scholarships next year, and I'm just trying to sort it all out.

Who do you have winning it in your bracket?

Hey Brian, you mentioned earlier that Coach Neuheisel had problems in later years at a program because once the original talent left he couldn't replace it. Should UCLA fans worry about the same sort of thing now? I thought he landed a solid group of kids for next season.

There seems to be a lot of analysts that think that the West region is the "easiest"? Do you agree or do you think its more of a testament to how good ucla is?

Which potential matchup within the West region or in the final four do you think might present the most problems for UCLA?

Why do you think the Bruins missed so many free throws in the Pac10 tourney final?

Do you think they were tired from playing consecutive games for 3 days?

Was it because they missed Luc and Kevin from injuries and had to expend extra energy?

Or was there some other element that led to such poor foul shooting?

When reporting UCLA injuries, you often quote Coach Howland's impressions. Are you privy to the original medical info (orthopedic/radiology charts/reports) and if so, can you report on those directly? If not, can you seek a players permission to view and report on original medical info?

How did you think Keefe played against Stanford? Did you know he always had it in him, or were you pleasantly surprised?

Michael Roll was jumping up and down, on the sidelines, during UCLA last 2 games at Pauley. He also walked without a limp. Do you think he'll return for the NCAA tournament?

Do you think Darren Collison should have been 1st Team All Pac-10?

I didn't understand Kevin Love's joke, after the Stanford game, about returning next year ("after a game like that...noooo." etc). Can you explain what he meant, and was he hinting that he will, or will not, return?

Who is Jill Painter and why was she blogging on your blog on game day? Not that she was bad, just curious.
