Answers, Part X
Thanks for all the questions this week. Don't forget, we will have information pertaining to the NFL draft, the spring game and news on the basketball program over the weekend. Now, here is the last set of answers:
What is your take on Justin Edison this spring? Has he shown any flashes of being a player later in his career?
He is progressing at a fair pace, and he could be a nice contributor once he gets stronger and a little more size.
what NFL teams has noah sutherland been communicating with? a 300 lb guy who can run 4.9 is an intriguing prospect. also, which NFL teams has joe cowan been talking to?
I don’t know on either case. Sorry. But I do not think either will be drafted, nor is it a given they were sign free agent deals.
so what happend to the UCLA baseball team. Preseason the Bruins were picked top 5 in the country. And now they are in the middle of the pac.
I have no idea. My time has been spent with basketball and football.
Is it me or has it been harder to win championships...It's been a few years since the Men's volleyball teams has won a title (Is Al Scates losing it?) he women's gymnastics team is just ok....These are sports we use to dominate. Am I unrealistic? What sport can we anticipate a championship this year?
Other schools are starting to put more resources into these programs, making it more competitive than when UCLA could just dominate based on geography. As for a sport to win a national title, I’ll go with some form of water polo.
