Smart move as long as he doesn't hire an agent. Gets evaluated by the experts. Gets a list of things he needs to work on if they don't think he's good enough. And the new rule allows the NBA teams to pay the expenses. Absolutely no downside for Luc. I can't see why any who could woudn't take advantage of this.
