No rebuilding

UCLA football coach Rick Neuheisel refuses to say the program is in a rebuilding mode.
"I think there’s enough juice for us to be competitive,'' he said. "We’ve got to win close games, which is why I felt it was important to take advantage of Frank Ganz being available.
Ganz was hired as UCLA's special teams coach.
