QB pecking order

| | Comments (3) |

The pecking order for quarterbacks, after Patrick Cowan and Ben Olson, is Kevin Craft and then Chris Forcier.
"But Chris is very close to Kevin,'' UCLA coach Rick Neuheisel said.
Osaar Rasshan remains fifth. Even after Cowan and Olson went down with injuries, Rasshan did not get any snaps.

Just a part of Ossar's master plan to become the starting QB. Two QB's down, two to go and two days of Spring ball left.

Maybe Osaar insisting on staying at QB wasn't just crazy, but crazy like a fox. After watching PC and BO pull up lame over and over and over again over the past 3 years, OR is probably thinking I'm gonna get my chance sooner or later. Apparently, if things keep going like this, it's going to be sooner.

If these injuries were really non-contact(and in Spring ball, if the QBs are contacted in any way the offender should have his scholarship taken away) then somebody needs to kill a rooster or two to get rid of the curse on these guys.

With the line that UCLA has, the next QB is dead man walking!

About Inside UCLA

This is Brian Dohn's sixth season covering UCLA after spending 4 1/2 years covering the Dodgers for the Daily News and other Los Angeles Newspaper Group papers. He graduated from Rutgers, where the first college football game was played in 1869. Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.
