Morgan still plans to attend UCLA
I just talked briefly to J'Mison Morgan's mother, Bianca. When asked if Morgan was still planning on attending UCLA, she said ''yes.'' Morgan received his official release from the school today. As of 5 p.m., UCLA still had not seen the official release.
Hey Jill. Would you mind suggesting to Bianca that she fax her copy of the release to UCLA?
Jill, can you report on UCLA's interest in recruiting Demar DeRozan from USC. I was reading in the times that assistant coaches from UCLA and other schools are contacting his high school coach to keep them informed. It seems like DeRozan and family are paying close attention to what's going on at USC and would not go there if USC's situation worsens.
Funny, a few posts ago, Stan Love was vilified and Kevin Love compared to a Euro that no one would want to pay a cent to play in the NBA. And yet, so much excitement over Morgan who probably isn't half the player Kevin Love is. And only a matter of time Morgan's mother gets the "delusional, overbearing" treatment.
