From Morgan's mom

I spoke with Bianca Morgan, the mother of South Oak Cliff High center J'mison, who said a mix up in scheduling led to her son's press conference not taking place today.
"It's definitely tomorrow,'' she said.
When I asked if UCLA was the school J'mison would attend, she said, "Yes, definitely."

Sure sounds high maintenance to me.

Brian,

You think you can ask her later tonite if she is 100% definite or just 90% definite about J'mison coming to UCLA?

I know I was starting to get concerned myself, but this is probably legit. If it doesn't happen tomorrow then I am just going to turn off my computer for a week and check then! This up and down stuff is drivin me crazy! LOL :)

GO BRUINS!!!

What's the announcement again?-- The Democrats have finally settled on a candidate? That Republican guy has a running mate picked out?

Oh, ucla wants to sign some kid for its basketball team. Oh, well, we all have our priorities.

Sorry ONLYHERITAGEHALLBS, I couldn't hear you over the sound of your basketball team circling the drain. Could you repeat that? Something about politics on a sports blog and you having no perspective at all?

Man I was thinking the same thing - we are on a SPORTS blog and a UCLA one at that. It would not be appropriate to comment here about the political race.

Anonymous and uclafan11,
...all the more reason that we could use some user controlled moderating to block out the various trolls so that brian and jill don't need to do so. And so that the rest of us don't need to read over that drivel.

Good point, gents. I was getting so frustrated with Morgan making an announcement that he would be soon annoucing his latest annoucement, that I momentarily forgot where I was.
