Stepheson family statement

I talked to Diane Stepheson, Alex Stepheson's mom earlier tonight, and here is the statement she made on behalf of the family.
``Alex Stepheson has transferred and will attend a college or university closer to home. At this time, no decision has been made as to which school that will be, but we look forward to exploring his options.''
Asked if one of those options was UCLA, Diane Stepheson said:
``We're going to look at UCLA. He wanted to be closer to home.''
