Westbrook's update

| | Comments (3) |

UCLA guard Russell Westbrook said he is training in Santa Monica, and he said he has a number of teams that want him to work out for him. No surprise, but unless he flops in the workouts, he will sign with an agent since he is projected as a lottery pick.

From a kid who couldn't dunk until his senior year in HS to the NBA lottery 3 years later. Unreal.

Great success story for a nice guy with tremendous work ethic. Maybe that will rub off on some of the other underclassmen. I was rooting for Chace to make that same type of jump but alas that will not be, at least not in a Bruins uni.

This couldn't be happening to a nicer kid. I'm pulling for him. Thank god he doesn't have an obnoxious father like Kevin Love does. Is it just me or is Stan Love a clown? While I'm thankful for what K-Love brought to the team this past season, I don't give him the love I give Westy!
