Kevin Love was a Memphis Grizzlie for about two seconds. He’s been traded to Minnesota. Stan Love just confirmed ESPN’s report. ESPN first reported the trade in which Love and three players are heading to Minnesota for O.J. Mayo and three players.

ESPN is reporting that Memphis is trading Kevin Love and three players to Minnesota for O.J. Mayo and three players pending league approval.

Luc Richard Mbah a Moute was selected early in the second round at No. 37 by Milwaukee.

Both Kevin Love and Russell Westbrook just did conference calls with Los Angeles media. They shared a hug immediately following Westbrook’s selection as the No. 4 pick.
“I told him he’d be next guy,” Westbrook said. “Kevin is a good guy. He’ll do well at the next level.”

Russell Westbrook was selected fourth, which is UCLA’s highest draft pick since Baron Davis was selected third in 1999.

Five Pac-10 players have been selected within the first 11 picks of the NBA draft.

UCLA’s Russell Westbrook and Kevin Love were selected Nos. 4 and 5 in the draft. It’s the first time the Bruins have had two picks in the top five since 1969 when Lew Alcindor was selected first and Lucius Allen third.
