Here is the sixth set:

DeWayne Walker recently said during a radio interview he had his eye on 5 incoming defensive players who he thinks can play right away and contribute in a big way. Is it safe to assume those five are Rahim Moore, Aaron Hester, Datone Jones, Anthony Dye, and EJ Woods? You have four of the five in Moore, Hester, Jones and Dye. I think Damien Holmes will be another possibility. I don't think Woods will play in 2008.

Do the socks fit?Indeed, they do. He wore them yesterday. Thank you very much. It was thoughtful and kind that you took the time (and spent the money) to send something. Myself and my wife appreciate the gesture very much.

Any update on which way Michael Phillip is leaning? Who are the major players for his services?I keep hearing family wants him at UCLA, and I keep hearing UCLA is the leader. That said, there is also a chance he will not announce until January, so this could take a while.

What are the chances Osaar Rasshan switches to WR?At this point slight, even though I think that would be the best thing.

Can you give any insight on what really went down with the Uona Kaveinga recruitment? I've heard the coaches didn't want him back and weren't willing to accept him after he promptly switched to BYU and eventually SC? Did Kaveinga want to come back on board with the bruins? Kaveinga wanted to come back to UCLA, but the vibe the players were giving to the coaching staff was he would not fit in with the personalities of the team, so when he de-committed, UCLA decided to cut ties with him.

When you say Rahim Moore will get time at Safety can you explain that in more specific terms (how much play time do you expect). The last couple years Keyes and Horton never and i mean never got taken out and the only way the backups played were if there was an injury? Horton and Keyes were NFL-caliber players, so the staff wanted them on the field as much as possible. Moore has that type of athletic ability, and want him on the field. As for how much playing time, that will depend on his development, and also the play of safeties Aaron Ware and Bret Lockett.

Is Derrick Coleman playing FB or RB this season? I remember from last weeks Q&A you listed him as one of the true freshmen you least expect to redshirt. I'm assuming then that he will be at FB because he's got Bell, Carter, Dean, Moline, and possibly Franklin and Knox ahead of him at RB.No, I meant at running back. He is big, powerful and explosive, and a different type of back than those you listed. And I still expect Moline to be moved to fullback.

Is there any chance of Rahim Moore playing corner this year or is he all set at Safety? It seems Safety would be best that way he and Hester could both be on the field and they're probably two of the best athletes on the team. (Yes, as freshmen).I think he could also play at corner. From what I'm hearing, he will start training camp at safety, but he could be switched to corner at any point, if need be.

There has been a lot of buzz about Moutra's speed and play-making ability. For a while it seems as if most bruin fans had the assumption that Rosario was the star of the three incoming wideouts. Has Moutra's play been a surprise or was UCLA expecting this out of him? UCLA always thought Moutra was really good. From what I've seen, he is a different type of receiver than Rosario, who is bigger and needs to tighten his route-running.

About Inside UCLA

This is Brian Dohn's sixth season covering UCLA after spending 4 1/2 years covering the Dodgers for the Daily News and other Los Angeles Newspaper Group papers. He graduated from Rutgers, where the first college football game was played in 1869. Sure, the Scarlet Knights suffered for a long time, but now RU is doing what Jerseyans always thought was possible. Winning at Rutgers also proves winning is possible everywhere else in the nation, so underachieving coaches better be careful. Now, if only men's hoops can turn it around.
