How has Antwon Moutra been doing in the 7 on 7's? Is he playing receiver or defensive back? What about the other two Rosario and Johnson as well?Moutra has been impressive with his ability to get behind the defense. Johnson is doing fine and Rosario has a injury finger and is not participating yet.

How are the four incoming defensive backs doing? How many of them do you see playing this year?Hester, Moore and Dye have been doing fine. I did not see E.J. Woods on Thursday because he was taking care of a personal matter. From what I hear, Hester, Moore and Dye will all get a chance to play.

Do you see Reginald Stokes or even Datone Jones/Damien Holmes taking away Bosworth or Blake's starting spot at DE?No I do not, mostly because of the experience factor. Bosworth is fine because his motor is so good and defensive coordinator DeWayne Walker loves that. Blake needs to produce more, so I could see someone overtaking him as the season moves along.

How do Akeem Ayer's chances of landing a starting OLB spot look right now? Who is ahead of him and do you think he should be a starter?He's got a decent shot, especially since LB Josh Edwards has his foot in a boot. At this point I see Edwards starting, by Ayers will get a chance to play.

Can you give any insight on the recruitment of Devon Kennard and where he may likely end up? Is it most likely an ASU/USc battle or do the bruins have just as good a shot?I don't think Kennard winds up at UCLA. If he does, it will be a late decision because the Bruins have a better than expected season.

Why has UCLA not offered Jemari Roberts and Daniel Jenkins? What's the hold up? Is there a realistic shot at UCLA offering the JC WR Chris Matthews?I've been off for a month so I'm not sure. I will check into all these guys. Ask the question again next week and I will have an answer for you.

Do you know if any of the current football commits as of now are wavering? I don't get the sense from Capella's interviews that he's completely sold on UCLA as a school so much as the opportunity to play early.I don't think they are wavering, but these kids are getting hit from all angles from a bunch of schools, and it doesn't hurt to keep options open.

Is James Jackson going to be taking another visit to UCLA or is he completely sold on the Buckeyes?I see him staying with Ohio State.

Could there be a change of heart for Cierre Wood or is he going to stick with the irish?There could always be a change of heart, but one is not expected in this case.

Does Dalton Hilliard have a shot at receiving a UCLA offer? If so would he commit?I'm not sure if UCLA will offer him. I know he's been on the school's radar for a few years, and I don't know if he would commit.

What's going on with Jeff Miller? He looked like he was going to be s stud at DE coming out of HS but he's been moved around never used. Do you ever see him starting during his career at DE or is he just a career backup?At this point I see him as a backup. I don't think he's developed the way UCLA wanted him to, but he is still young and sometimes it takes a few years for things to click.
